Responsibilities
- Oversee operations for multiple properties, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all locations
- Lead, support, and develop Property Managers and onsite teams to achieve operational excellence
- Drive occupancy rates, revenue growth, and overall portfolio performance
- Monitor financials, budgets, collections, and reporting to ensure financial health
- Provide strategic guidance on delinquency management and operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations
- Collaborate with maintenance teams and vendors to maintain asset quality
- Address escalated issues promptly and support team success through effective problem-solving
- Proven experience in multi-site property management or district/regional management roles
- Strong understanding of property operations, financials, and performance metrics
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
- Experience managing delinquency and driving collections
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple locations simultaneously
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between properties as needed
