District Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for multiple properties, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all locations
• Lead, support, and develop Property Managers and onsite teams to achieve operational excellence
• Drive occupancy rates, revenue growth, and overall portfolio performance
• Monitor financials, budgets, collections, and reporting to ensure financial health
• Provide strategic guidance on delinquency management and operational improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations
• Collaborate with maintenance teams and vendors to maintain asset quality
• Address escalated issues promptly and support team success through effective problem-solving
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in multi-site property management or district/regional management roles
• Strong understanding of property operations, financials, and performance metrics
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
• Experience managing delinquency and driving collections
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple locations simultaneously
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between properties as needed
