Branch Merchandiser Responsibilities
- Keep ice cream product displays full, neat, and clean across assigned retail stores.
- Maintain positive relationships with store personnel and customers.
- Communicate regularly with branch and sales managers about any equipment, product, or store concerns.
- Accompany delivery drivers on route deliveries, assisting with loading trucks, inventory management, and product stocking.
- Ensure inventory levels are accurate and products are merchandised according to company standards.
- Perform routine inspections of displays to ensure compliance with branding and safety guidelines.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (no more than two preventable collisions or violations in the past three years).
- Reliable transportation to travel between multiple retail locations.
- Ability to maintain organized, attractive product displays.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a physically active role, including loading and stocking products at store level.
- CDL license is required for this location.
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or route delivery is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to work in person at various retail store locations.
- Must be committed to a drug- and alcohol-free workplace.
