Assistant Route Manager Responsibilities
- Support Route Manager with scheduling and daily planning
- Daily supervision of janitorial staff across assigned locations
- Client relations and communication
- Quality assurance and compliance
- Risk management and problem-solving
- English/Spanish bilingual (strongly preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in janitorial, cleaning services, or a related field
- Valid state driver's license and personal transportation
