Training Program Manager Job Summary
Our client, a leader in marine engine and propulsion systems and power generation equipment, seeks a Training Program Manager for its enterprise organization. The role will be based in the Ft Lauderdale area. It will be responsible for building and implementing a more thorough training program for employees and customers. This is a high visibility role that will be instrumental in building a comprehensive training program that will be foundational to the future operation of the company and standardizing quality across the organization.

Training Program Manager Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication for training programs
- Support instructors and ensure quality training delivery
- Create training quotes and manage invoicing for customers
- Promote programs in partnership with the marketing team
- Manage LMS, track certifications, and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with apprenticeship and internship programs
- 5 years in training coordination or learning and development programs
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with LMS platforms, creating training programs and budgeting
- Technical industry experience preferred
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
