Key Responsibilities
- Assist in financial reporting and analysis.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Support monthly closings and account reconciliations.
- Maintain records and files and ensure effective internal controls.
- Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Interact and communicate with external clients effectively.
- Learn and utilize QuickBooks for accounting processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 0-2 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, with a preference for QuickBooks Online.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Timely and accurate financial report generation.
- Accuracy in monthly closings and reconciliations.
- Effective client communication and satisfaction.
- Objective: Enhance financial reporting accuracy
- Key Result: Achieve 95% accuracy in financial reports within the first 6 months.
- Objective: Improve client communication
- Key Result: Reduce response time to client queries by 20% over the next quarter.
