What You'll Do
- Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and review journal entries, financial statements, and forecasts
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Review and improve staff-prepared accounting work
- Support and develop junior team members
- Accurate and timely month-end closes across clients
- Strong client responsiveness and satisfaction
- Fewer errors and rework in reviewed financials
- More efficient reporting processes over time
- Growth in capability of supported staff
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
- Background in public accounting or financial services preferred
- Prior supervisory or review experience
- Strong communication, organization, and Excel skills
