As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling fiber optic internet services through door-to-door outreach, referrals, networking, and community engagement within assigned territories.
Responsibilities
- Sell fiber optic internet services directly to residential customers.
- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations in assigned neighborhoods and territories.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of fiber optic internet, including speed, reliability, and value.
- Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Present customized internet solutions based on customer needs.
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads, sales activity, and customer interactions.
- Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed personal sales goals and performance expectations.
- Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales, door-to-door sales, direct sales, retail sales, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and strong work ethic.
- Experience in telecommunications, fiber internet, cable, wireless, or solar sales is a plus.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation required.
