Growing Technology Management Company seeking a Client Support Rep and Intake Coordinator. We are expanding the team and looking for career-minded individuals to join us! Our ideal candidate will be well-spoken, dependable, an effective communicator, and he or she must have excellent business writing skills, as this position relies on a high volume of email correspondence. He or she must also be motivated to work in a fast-paced environment and must perform well under pressure. Multi-tasking is a vital component of this position.
Responsibilities Include:
Processing incoming client requests; delegating work; entering and maintaining customer records; assisting with resolving service related problems between customers and vendors. There will be some minimal after hours work required once per month.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook or O365, and Excel
Candidate must be personable; have excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong problem solving and project management skills; successful at working independently and as part of a team. Prior customer service experience is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
