Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner – Upson Regional Medical Center (Thomaston, GA)
Core Clinical Partners is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Emergency Medicine team at Upson Regional Medical Center, a 115-bed DNV-accredited community hospital serving middle Georgia for over 70 years.
Position Highlights
- ~30,000 annual ED visits | 14 beds 7 fast track
- Physician APP team model
- 10- and 12-hour shifts
- EMR: Meditech Expanse 6.0 with Dragon
- Community-based ED with strong physician support
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in a busy emergency department
- Collaborate with physicians in a team-based model
- Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to a community population
Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP/ENP)
- Active GA license (or ability to obtain)
- 1 year of Emergency Medicine experience preferred
- Comfortable managing a broad range of acuity
