Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will embody a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring that every individual feels valued and respected upon entering our premises. This role is critical in maintaining the efficient operation of our office as it involves managing front desk activities, greeting guests, handling inquiries, and relaying essential information across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and direct them appropriately.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
• Provide information to clients and visitors about our services and facilities.
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing correspondence.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff as needed.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus.
• Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in using phone systems, computer software, and office equipment.
