Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, the Office Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere within our office. You will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, which include greeting guests, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in maintaining office supply inventory and placing orders as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
