Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from concept to execution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring clear communication throughout the planning process.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation arrangements.
- Support the sales team by conducting research on potential clients and industries that align with our services.
- Prepare and maintain a detailed event calendar to track upcoming events and deadlines.
- Assist in the creation of sales materials and presentations to attract prospective clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
