Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Event Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events ranging from corporate functions and seminars to community outreach programs and special celebrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects are covered.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate logistics, catering, audiovisual needs, and equipment rentals.
• Manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
• Create and maintain event timelines, task lists, and schedules to ensure all preparations are timely and efficient.
• Develop promotional materials and marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement for events.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and gather feedback for future improvements.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably for corporate or large-scale events.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
