Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies to enhance customer engagement.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, products, and company policies to clients.
• Maintain and update client databases and communication records.
• Collaborate with team members to create informative content for newsletters and social media.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss communication initiatives and strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, or a related field preferred.
