Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and resolve issues. You will provide exceptional service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.


Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Process orders, forms, and applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide product and service information to customers as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
