Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our vibrant team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have the best experience possible with our brand. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on our products and services.


Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to products or services.
• Provide information about products, services, and promotions to enhance customer understanding.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system accurately for future reference.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and stressful situations with poise.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
