What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the engine that fuels our sales pipeline. You’ll reach out to potential customers, learn about their challenges, and introduce them to the power of our platform.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Prospecting and generating new leads across multiple industries.
- Qualifying inbound leads and identifying high-potential opportunities.
- Booking meetings and demos for our Sales team.
- Partnering with Marketing to test messaging, refine campaigns, and share insights.
- Tracking and managing activity in our CRM.
- Staying curious — continuously learning about our product, customers, and market.
- Assisting with proposal development and communications.

What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales (SaaS or tech preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in people and problem-solving.
- Self-starter mentality with strong time management skills.
- Comfort with high outbound activity — phone, email, LinkedIn, mailings, and more.
- Experience using CRM or sales engagement tools.
- Resilient, coachable, and excited about growing into new roles.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Bonus Points
- Experience selling to Education, Healthcare, Property Management, Contract Cleaning, Government, or Industrial / Corporate organizations.
