Position Overview
The FP&A Manager owns the Office’s financial planning and performance insight engine for clients—delivering budgeting, forecasting, profitability analytics, and decision support across client households. This seat translates data into actionable strategy, strengthens financial discipline, and ensures leaders have a clear, timely view of what’s working—and what’s not.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Build and maintain annual budgets and rolling forecasts (consolidated service line).
- Performance & Profitability Analytics: Variance analysis, client/service profitability, pricing & margin insights.
- Reporting & Communication: Monthly/quarterly management pack (P&L, cash, KPIs) with executive-ready narratives.
- Liquidity & Capital Planning: 13‑week cash forecasts; client liquidity coverage tracking vs. policy.
- Data, Systems & Process: Own the finance scorecard, BI dashboards, and continuous improvement of FP&A processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Modeling: Driver‑based models, scenario analysis, sensitivity testing for strategic decisions.
- Management Reporting: Deliver WD 7 monthly close insights, visualize trends, and flag issues/risks early.
- Client/Service Economics: Build client‑level P&Ls; identify scope creep, pricing opportunities, and cost levers.
- Investment & Treasury Support: Partner with CIO on fee projections, cash calls/distributions, and risk buffers.
- Controls & Compliance: Ensure data integrity, documentation, and audit‑ready workpapers.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership: Be the connective tissue across teams; simplify complexity into clear choices.

- Experience with advanced Excel/modeling; experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and GL (NetSuite/QBO) and portfolio reporting (e.g., Addepar) a plus.
- Proven track record building budgets, models, and dashboards that leaders actually use.
