- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams as needed.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Virginia Retirement System (VRS) is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage payroll independently.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Must be available to work regular daytime hours on-site in Manassas.
