Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and vendor bills
- Oversee billing operations and related communications
- Utilize QuickBooks for transaction management
- Work with Recurly, Ramp, Bill.com, Gusto
- Experience with Maxio (formerly SaaSOptics) is a major plus
Work Environment:
- Hybrid role with at least three days on-site in Sterling, VA
- Dogs are present in the office for a friendly work atmosphere
- High-volume SaaS billing environment
