Junior Accountant

Cordia Resources is seeking a Junior Accountant. The Junior Accountant will play a key role in supporting the accounting function, with responsibilities across general ledger, accounts payable, and audit preparation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Prepare and post journal entries to support timely month-end close
• Assist with accounts payable processing and vendor management
• Provide audit support, including preparing schedules and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
