What You Will Do
- Create an excellent patient experience from the first phone call to checkout
- Take ownership of scheduling and production and manage efficient schedules
- Manage accounts payable and invoicing, coordination of timely payment processing
- Lead, supervise, and mentor staff, including onboarding of new hires and employee performance guidance
- Build a strong, positive team culture
- Generate and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and year end operational reports
- Respond quickly and effectively to clinical and operational concerns
- 3-5 years of dental practice management experience with demonstrated career growth
- Proficiency in dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
- A track record of delivering outstanding patient satisfaction
- Strong leadership presence to inspire, direct, and develop your team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident decision making under pressure
