Requirements:
- Driver's license and your own reliable vehicle
- Previous restaurant experience, with some leadership or training experience preferred
- Comfortable with frequent communication with upper management and staff via text and email, with prompt replies.
- Works well under pressure in a high volume restaurant. Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in and out of different temperature ranges.
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene, and promptness.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed Dairy Queen brand standards of cleanliness and food safety, ensuring that all PRIDE systems and routines are incorporated into the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Hire, train, coach and develop the crew members to build a highly skilled and productive team
- Strive to exceed fan expectations and deliver fan first service through friendly, timely and quality service; including resolving fan concerns using Dairy Queen's service recovery standards.

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
