Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
(Some weekend partial shifts may be required for overtime eligibilty)

Position Summary:
A leading Cord Blood Bank is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Product Distribution and Materials Specialist. This key role is responsible for ensuring timely distribution of frozen cellular products to physicians and hospitals (laboratory/office environment), as well as managing critical supply and equipment logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage distribution of frozen cellular products
- Pulling and fulfilling orders
- Finding and selecting appropriate products to be shipped
- Prepare documents for each shipment
- Ability to read medical chart/records a plus
- Perform accurate data entry and record keeping
- Order and receive consumable materials and supplies
- Schedule service and maintenance for laboratory equipment
- Support inventory control and ensure compliance with handling protocols
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and internal systems)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and work in fast pace changing environment
- Semi flexible work schedule
