What You’ll Do
As a Licensed Real Estate Agent, you’ll guide Buyers, Sellers, and Investors through every step of the real estate process with Integrity and Expertise. You’ll:
- Market your services, Follow up with Leads, Set Seller & Buyer Appointments
- Conduct Seller Listing Appointment Presentations and Buyer Presentations and Property Showings
- Negotiate offers and close Sales with confidence
- Advise clients on pricing, staging, and property prep
- Collaborate with Lenders, Escrow & Tile, Inspectors, and Contractors
- Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication
- Use Real Estate Tech, Marketing CRM tools to manage leads and transactions
