We’re hiring Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Interns for our San Mateo, CA office for Summer 2026. This is an on-site, commission-based internship designed for highly motivated individuals eager to learn the ins and outs of the industry while developing primarily sales skills along with some marketing and financial analysis.
About the Role:
This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside brokers and gain direct exposure to deal-making in commercial real estate. Interns will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience, learning how to prospect clients, analyze market trends, and support transactions. Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and establish relationships with potential clients

• Assist in drafting contracts and agreements under broker supervision
• Engage with clients, vendors, and internal team members to facilitate transactions
