This is an internship role located in San Mateo, CA. As an Investment Sales Intern at Corcoran Icon Properties, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in all phases of the sales process. This includes conducting market research, cold calling, assisting with property valuations, preparing marketing materials, and maintaining client databases.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
