Role Description
This is an internship role (which will turn into a full time position) for a YouTube Content Strategist, based in Anaheim, CA, with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, allowing partial work-from-home options. The YouTube Content Strategist will develop and implement effective content strategies tailored for YouTube. Daily tasks include creating, managing, and optimizing content, analyzing performance metrics, conducting market research, and collaborating with the creative team to align content with brand goals and audience engagement objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Content Strategy, Content Management, and Content Development
- Experience with Web Content Writing and Writing, with a focus on engaging and SEO-friendly content
- Edit YouTube content in Premiere Pro
- Proficient in Adobe Suite
- MUST be able to work from our studio in Anaheim as well as travel to on location shoots with the team
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects
- Familiarity with YouTube's algorithms, analytics, and platform best practices
- Proficiency in video editing tools and content management systems is a plus
- Passion for storytelling and creative thinking
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
- Videography and photography experience is preferred
