About the Role
We are looking for a Bookkeeper & Office Administrator to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations while keeping the office running smoothly. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to balance bookkeeping tasks with administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts
- Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks
- Serve as the first point of contact for office communications and visitors
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and general office operations
- Assist with employee onboarding, recordkeeping, and supply management
Qualifications
- 2 years of bookkeeping or office administration experience (small- to mid-sized business preferred)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
