The Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented and experienced dishwasher and food prep cook to join our wine and tea house team. As a Dishwasher/ Food Prep, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organization that our establishment is known for.
Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring that they are properly cleaned and ready for use.
- Assist the kitchen staff in preparing food, as needed.
- Keep the kitchen and dining areas clean and tidy at all times, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Help prepare food items for service including help prepare garnishes and pantry items
Requirements:
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- The ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
