What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Executive position at Corban OneSource?
HYBRID role with1 day in Clearwater Florida office.
Corban OneSource is a mid-market HRO (Human Resource Outsourcing) firm that is one of the oldest HRO's in the country (Founded in 1997) and our clients include Starkist Tuna, Michelin Tires, Major League Baseball and many others across 45 states and 18 industries we serve. The HRO industry is projected to grow $2.5 billion by 2028 so there is no better time to join our company and industry.
We are looking for someone to continue our growth. This position will handle developing their own leads, and developing the existing distribution network of benefits brokers, HR consultants and other channels.
This position pays a base salary and a 3 year annuity based commission plan that has no cap to it.
This person MUST have a proven track record of B to B sales success preferably in an industry where it is considered a complex sale presenting to the C-Suite.

- Proven track record as a hunter, actively generating net-new business
- Consistently above quota performer with demonstrated ability to close deals and grow revenue
- Strong Consultative selling and discovery skills
- Highly organized and self motivated, thrives in a fast paced environment
This position pays a base salary of $75K - 90K plus very realistic commissions of $100,000 - $500,000 but there is no cap to the commissions.
A $700 a month for stipend insurance and offer Major Medical, Dental, Vision, etc. 401(k)
