Role Description
This is either remote or hybrid depending on geography. The Regional Sales Representative will identify new business opportunities, build and manage client relationships, and develop sales strategies. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting presentations, and collaborating with clients to understand their HR outsourcing needs. The candidate will also attend networking events to establish connections and represent Corban OneSource in the marketplace.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals and meet targets
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to maintain and grow client accounts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Human Resources services and outsourcing solutions is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in B2B sales or a related field is highly desirable
