Spring Public Relations Intern (Remote/ Delray Beach, Florida)

We’re looking for a motivated PR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of public relations. **This internship is for school credit only and is ideal for a student looking to build real-world PR skills & entrepreneurship while working with clients across the wellness, lifestyle, and beauty industries.**
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct targeted research to identify aligned publications and podcast opportunities for our clients, and curate organized lists of relevant media contacts for outreach.
- Use & learn media platforms like Qwoted, Featured & Rephonic to source press opportunities.
- Assist in developing creative pitch angles and brainstorming media strategies.
- Use Canva to clip and format client media features for social content and press kits.
- Help maintain organization tools like media lists, editorial calendars, and client databases.
- Monitor industry trends and track competitor coverage for PR insights.
- Provide administrative support for pitching, follow-ups, and client media reports
- Create and update client reports to track PR efforts, media coverage, and campaign results.
- Research and identify potential aligned brands, thought leaders, and service providers as client leads.
What We’re Looking For:
- Personality traits: team-oriented, problem-solver, positive attitude, adaptive, self-motivated.
- Interest in media, podcasts, PR, and storytelling.
- Must be eligible for school credit (It is your responsibility to coordinate with your school)
- Strong research and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Canva.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience or coursework in public relations, communications, marketing, journalism, or related fields.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience using Google Drive, Asana, Excel, and Canva
- Have prior PR, journalism, or marketing experience.
