The Role

Responsibilities
- Build and qualify pipeline through targeted outbound and inbound strategies
- Partner with AEs on live deals, from discovery to negotiation to close
- Participate in and help deliver product demos to prospects and partners
- Collaborate across teams (Marketing, Product, Ops) to refine GTM plays
- Master Coram’s platform and learn how to sell value
- Earn your way into a full-cycle AE role by consistently outperforming against a quota
- A strong work ethic with a focus on winning the right way
- Sharp communication skills with the ability to connect and influence stakeholders
- A competitive spirit: you like breaking records but also place value on team wins
- A coachable and curious mindset with the ability to ask questions, take feedback, and apply it to your work
