- Support lifeguard and recreation teams when needed — teamwork makes the resort dream work!

- You’re friendly, dependable, and thrive outdoors — heat, water, and happy faces don’t phase you.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but a great attitude goes further.
- You bring high energy, attention to detail, and a knack for keeping things organized even when the pool is busy.
- Able to lift, bend, and be on your feet while staying cool under pressure.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays — that’s when the pool parties happen!
