Love sunshine, good vibes, and making people feel like they’re on vacation (even if they already are)? We’re looking for a Pool Attendant who can keep things spotless, safe, and just the right amount of fun. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero of the pool deck—part host, part lifeguard-adjacent (minus the whistle), part towel wizard.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service throughout their poolside experience
- Set up and maintain lounge chairs, umbrellas, towels, and cabanas
- Ensure pool areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety and health standards
- Monitor guest activity to promote a safe and relaxing environment
- Refresh towels and amenities promptly
- Assist with food and beverage service as needed in coordination with the restaurant team
- Respond to guest requests with urgency and professionalism
- Enforce pool rules and hotel policies in a respectful and tactful manner
- Support opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the pool deck
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of pool safety standards is a plus
