Job Summary

Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the assigned station: prepping, cooking, timing, and plating dishes to the highest standards.
- Supervise junior cooks and ensure they follow recipes, portioning, and food safety guidelines.
- Monitor taste, temperature, presentation, and uniformity for all dishes from the station.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, proper labeling, and rotation of station inventory.
- Communicate with culinary leadership about equipment needs, shortages, or quality concerns.
Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced knife and cooking techniques; familiarity with luxury culinary standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate station activities.
- Ability to maintain composure and focus during peak service periods
- At $32.00/hourly
