Job Description
Coral Reef Home Health Solutions LLC is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and qualified Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our growing home health care team in Broward County, Florida.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments in patients’ homes under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
- Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Assist patients in improving independence with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, bathing, grooming, and personal care.
- Help patients improve functional mobility, coordination, strength, and daily living skills.
- Train patients in the proper use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices as directed by the supervising OT.
- Monitor patient progress and promptly communicate changes in patient condition to the supervising OT.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic activities, safety techniques, and energy conservation.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow agency policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license.
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Previous home health experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while following the supervising OT’s established plan of care.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Broward County.
- Current professional liability insurance and other required credentials, as applicable.
