Nestled in the breathtaking North Georgia mountains, Unicoi State Park & Lodge offers guests the perfect nature escapeand we need passionate team members to help bring that experience to life. As a Guest Services Driver, youll be the first friendly face our guests meet and a key player in providing exceptional service from arrival to departure.
From transporting guests to local attractions to offering insider tips on nearby hikes or restaurants, you'll play a critical role in setting the tone for an unforgettable stay.
What Youll Do:
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, helping with luggage and escorting them to their rooms.
- Safely transport guests to and from local destinations using company vehicles.
- Provide top-notch customer service and local recommendations for activities, dining, and attractions.
- Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and safety of all assigned vehiclesinside and out.
- Support the front desk and concierge teams by delivering guest amenities and responding to special requests.
- Keep the lodge entrance, lobby, and bell station neat and guest-ready.
- Follow all safety and operating procedures for vehicles and guest interactions.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- A valid drivers license and excellent driving record.
- At least 5 years of driving experience (chauffeur, shuttle, or hospitality-related a plus).
- Strong knowledge of the local area and surrounding roads.
- Friendly, helpful attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable multitasking and staying calm under pressure.
- Able to lift luggage, stand for long periods, and work flexible hoursincluding weekends and holidays.
- Team-oriented and committed to creating unforgettable guest experiences.
