The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and repair, and will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our premises.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Experience in operating hand and power tools.
- Ability to handle physical workload and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Must possess valid driver license
