Working closely with the Housekeeping Leadership Team, you'll help oversee daily operations, support room attendants, and ensure guest rooms, cabins, and public areas consistently exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate housekeeping team members through daily lineups and operational support.
- Serve as the Housekeeping representative during leadership meetings when assigned.
- Oversee the cleanliness, presentation, and quality standards of our guest cabins and lodge accommodations.
- Conduct quality inspections of guest rooms, cabins, public spaces, and VIP accommodations.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are consistently met throughout the property.
- Monitor room readiness and perform follow-up inspections to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain organized, secure, and properly stocked linen rooms.
- Assist with daily housekeeping operations and room cleaning as needed.
- Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on delivering outstanding hospitality.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
