What You'll Do
As a Dishwasher/Prep Cook, you'll play an important role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests by supporting kitchen operations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality.
Responsibilities include:
- Washing dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Assisting with food preparation according to recipes and chef instructions
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- Properly storing food and monitoring food safety standards
- Supporting restaurant and banquet operations, including buffet setup
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions
- Working collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Following resort policies, safety procedures, and hospitality standards
