Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor UV coating and lamination equipment (Royal Zenith, Steinman, and Sakurai) to meet production, quality, and safety standards.
• Set up presses, including rollers, UV lamps, feed boards, and coating materials per job specifications.
• Read and interpret job tickets to ensure accurate production and material usage.
• Mix and prepare UV coatings and maintain proper gloss or matte finishes without over-curing.
• Perform routine quality checks throughout production and report defects or equipment issues.
• Load finished products properly to prevent damage or sticking.
• Maintain accurate production records and assist during machine downtime or minor mechanical adjustments.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas, supporting preventative maintenance and safety practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating UV coating and lamination presses (Royal Zenith, Steinman, Sakurai preferred).
• Strong understanding of the UV coating process from setup through completion.
• Ability to accurately mix and prepare coating solutions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality.
• Dependable, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Frequent bending, twisting, and standing for the entire shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Available Work Schedule:

• 2nd Shift - Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm
• 3rd Shift - Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6am
