CORA’s Clinical Services Division is currently seeking a Counseling Internship Supervisor to provide supervision, management and mentorship to clinical interns, as well as the supervision of a school-based counselor. This is a full-time role that includes part-time supervisory responsibilities. A portion of your schedule will be dedicated to direct services, and a portion of your weekly hours will be dedicated to supervising and mentoring clinical interns and overseeing one school-based counselor.

In addition, as a Counseling Internship Supervisor your duties will include:
- Interview, manage, and train new interns for the Counseling Internship Program.
- Provide weekly individual and group clinical supervision to counseling interns and school-based counselor.
- Be available for clinical consultation as needed, including responding to urgent client issues that arise.
- Oversee caseload management, including assignment of cases and review of necessary clinical paperwork.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and clinical skill development.
- Complete University Performance Evaluations throughout internship experience according to program requirements.
- Establish and maintain close working relationships with school/community representatives as appropriate.
- Build relationships with universities to strengthen the pipeline of internship candidates, including ongoing consultation with internship directors/practicum professors
- Ensure appropriate collection and entry of data in Electronic Health Record system as well as external databases.
- Participate in Supervisory team meetings and professional development opportunities as needed including receiving ongoing clinical supervision.
- Provide individual, group and family counseling in the Agency or approved schools/alternate sites as needed
- Generate and prepare all required statistical reports in a timely fashion.
- Participate in all necessary interdisciplinary functions and meetings.
- Adhere to training requirements established by Agency or other regulatory entities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Administrator, as needed.
- Master’s level degree in one of the helping professions
- Education or experience in family systems intervention/service essential
- Holds one of the following; LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
- Eligible to provide supervision for licensure
- Documented experience in treatment or intervention counseling services required
- Working knowledge of delinquency prevention concepts and the effects of substance use essential
- Five years’ experience in child/adolescent counseling setting preferred
