CORA’s Clinical Services Division is currently seeking Part-time Behavioral Health Technicians - ABA (ABA-BHTs) who are available to work with children in the Northeast Philadelphia area. Persons seeking supervision hours are encouraged to apply (RBT, BCABA, and BCBA). This is a great opportunity to start your ABA career with amazing training and support!

Schedule

Mondays - Fridays (20 hours per week from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM)

Compensation

• $16.83/hour with HS Diploma
• $17.96/hour with BA Degree

In addition, as an after school Behavioral Health Technician - ABA, your duties will include:

• Foster a therapeutic relationship with clients, supporting their needs and addressing their goals in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement ABA interventions best matched to the individual to help them achieve the goals delineated in their treatment plan.
• Collect behavioral data as directed by an ABA clinician to assist in the client's development of necessary skills.
• Provide behavior management and support, including prevention and de-escalation, to improve the client's behavioral functioning.
• Participate in regular supervision meetings to ensure treatment strategies are effectively implemented.
• Document client service delivery consistently in a complete and timely manner. 
• Participate in mandatory training and competencies assessments to ensure quality of care.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• At least one year of professional experience providing behavioral health services or related work with children.
• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field preferred (ex., ABA, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Education)
• With a High School diploma or equivalent, additional on-the-job training is required.
• Understanding of behavior modification theory and implementation of interventions is a plus.
• 40-hour RBT Training before or upon hire required
