CORA currently has a Full-time opening for an ABA Clinical Supervisor to manage the service delivery process, provide direct service, and supervise an assigned team within the ABA program. Responsibilities include providing Behavior Analytic services to assigned caseload while supervising specific clinical staff (staff onboarding, quality service delivery, and utilization of services), including managing ongoing staff BACB competency assessments (training & supervision).

Travel to schools, home, and community settings is required. The schedule is flexible, but may require late afternoon/early evening availability.

Starting salary - $80,200 with BCBA (salary is commensurate with credentials and experience)

In addition, as an ABA Clinical Supervisor your duties will include:

    Provide Behavior Analytic Services:

    • Maintain 18 billable hours per week providing Behavior Analytic Services delivered across home, school, and community settings.
    • Complete functional behavior and skill-based assessments to develop treatment plans targeting maladaptive behaviors and skill-deficits.
    • Monitor data and implementation to assess the effectiveness of behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors.
    • Utilize preference assessments and model the most clinically appropriate ABA techniques for reinforcement and skills teaching (e.g., prompting, shaping, chaining, errorless teaching, and error correction) for staff and families.
    • Develop individually based skills acquisition programs and create pertinent materials to teach skills (areas include social-emotional learning strategies and function-based interventions)
    • Provide ongoing and timely documentation and reporting on client outcomes.

    Provide ongoing clinical supervision of assigned teams at various levels of service delivery and treatment:

    • Collaborate with directors in training new staff, emphasizing divisional and Agency policies, procedures, and values.
    • Help implement and train staff in culturally responsive, socially valid, and compassionate applications of ABA (through ongoing assessments and interventions, progress monitoring, and active skills transfer).
    • Supervise staff professional development as part of the clinical supervisory team.
    • Provide individual and group clinical supervision for the assigned clinical staff on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis in accordance with BACB standards.
    • Oversee the implementation phase of programs and learning plans driving consultation with supervisees regarding urgent client issues with clients, families, and community partners as needed.
    • Review and approve clinical documentation and data progress monitoring (including EHR records, RAVEN) of supervisees, providing feedback and necessary quality assurance and training steps.
    • Create and sustain clinical accountability of clinical staff, caseload management, and record-keeping for assigned client cases active in the ABA program.
    • Ensure that utilization of services and authorizations are managed in collaboration with other program managers.
    • Participate in crisis and case consultation meetings with other program staff and funding sources.

    Actively engage and collaborate with the program leadership team:

    • Attend external meetings with relevant funding source entities regarding overall program functions.
    • Participate in all necessary divisional/agency functions and meetings.
    • Adhere to training/licensure requirements established by Agency or other regulatory entities.
    • Prepare for and participate in licensing and program audits alongside Clinical Director.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Clinical Director, as needed.

    Qualified Candidates Should Possess the Following:

    • Master’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in applied behavioral sciences, psychology, or other related fields.
    • Minimum two years of full-time clinical professional experience working with students with Autism and/or Emotional Disturbance, developing Functional Behavioral Assessments and behavior plans, and providing training on behavioral interventions, classroom management, and intervention techniques (e.g., Positive Behavior Intervention Supports, Discrete Trial Training, Picture Exchange Communication System, Social Skills training, and Communication Training).

    AND

    • Possess a valid certificate as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and meet (or be eligible to meet) the current Behavior Analyst Certification Board Standards for Supervision Requirements to supervise exam candidates (certification must be maintained during the tenure of appointment).
    • Currently holds a License in the state of PA (LBS or another clinical license)

    EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

    • 3 years in a supervisory role preferred
    • 5 years in clinical practice in a human services agency
    • Mental Health treatment experience preferred
    • Demonstrated ability in supervision/administration
    • Superior organizational skills
    • Experience working with technology to facilitate documentation and data analysis
    • Excellent professional communication skills in various written and oral formats
