The Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned digital marketing operator, someone with agency and hands-on experience who can do it all – lead strategy for client accounts, manage people and clients, drive projects forward, ensure quality and impact in all deliverables, and contribute directly to client success. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, paired with strong leadership instincts and an ownership mindset. 

This is a leadership-track role with opportunity for expanded responsibility as COR continues to grow. You’ll work closely with the CEO to strengthen internal systems, elevate delivery, and help build the next evolution of the agency’s operations.

What You’ll Lead & OwnAccount Leadership
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts.

  • Lead strategy sessions and translate goals into clear deliverables.

  • Establish and report on KPIs tied to performance, retention, and new opportunities.

  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.

  • Team Leadership
    • Manage and support designers, developers, writers, paid media specialists, and contractors.

    • Delegate tasks, clarify priorities, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

    • Provide thoughtful, constructive feedback that elevates the team’s output.

    • Uphold a culture of accountability, clarity, and collaborative excellence.

  • Project & Delivery Management
    • Own timelines, workflow, QA, and end-to-end delivery across multiple accounts.

    • Build and refine internal systems and SOPs that improve operational efficiency.

    • Identify bottlenecks early and remove obstacles quickly and decisively.

    • Ensure seamless communication between creative, strategy, and paid media teams.

  • Hands-On Digital Marketing Execution

    This role blends leadership with hands-on support. You must have experience, competency, and willingness to contribute directly when needed.

    • Website updates and CMS management

    • SEO implementation and optimization

    • Paid media collaboration with internal/external specialists

    • Email marketing setup, automations, and reporting

    • Creative direction and light graphic support

    • Analytics, tracking, dashboards, and performance reporting

  • Agency Operations & Internal Growth
    • Strengthen agency systems, workflows, communication standards, and delivery processes.

    • Contribute to resource planning, capacity alignment, and operational clarity.

    • Support agency growth through improved retention, stronger processes, and elevated client experience.

  • Who We’re Looking For
    • 3 years of digital marketing agency experience and experience across all digital marketing services.

    • Strong track record managing client accounts and leading cross-functional teams.

    • Confident in both strategy and execution.

    • Excellent communicator — calm, clear, and strong in client-facing environments.

    • High personal standards with a bias toward action and accountability.

    • Systems thinker who can build structure without slowing down momentum.

    • Ownership mentality: sees what’s needed and moves it forward without waiting for direction.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
