What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Client Engagement Manager position at Copyright Clearance Center?
The Associate Client Engagement Manager is essential in supporting license administration across our products and services. In this role, you will use outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills to facilitate the license renewal process and data collection. You will manage and perform Corporate Usage Survey data collection and renewal processes through proactive and organized client outreach and solicitation, training, follow-up, and support.
Compensation range: 120,000 – 150,000 RON Annually
The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, licensure, certifications, related experience and other related factors
What you will be doing:
- Act as a resource globally partnering with several teams across the Client Engagement Department in support of license administration including data collections and renewal processes.
- Manage the Corporate Usage Survey Data Collection process including client outreach and solicitation, and support. This can include RightFind Advisor (RFA) set-up.
- Conduct training with client staff to support use of RFA, Completions of Corporate Survey, and other renewal processes to ensure adoption and maximized participation.
- Pass client feedback to CCC Client Engagement Managers in support of the client and our products and services.
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of CCC products of applications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 years client engagement, client success or account management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to do formal presentations
- Extraordinary attention to detail, follow through, and meeting-management skills
- Ability to negotiate, persuade and influence others to achieve results. Overcome objections, use sound judgment, and work independently
- Aptitude for exploring and learning new technology independently and ability to simplify for the client and team
- Strong MS Excel skills ideal
