This role is ideal for someone with advanced technical expertise in process engineering and a proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Senior Process Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of our processes to meet both customer expectations and operational targets.
WHAT We Need You To Do.
- Lead and manage advanced process improvement projects, utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Analyze production processes and identify opportunities to reduce costs, enhance quality, and improve efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that align with business goals.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting for complex process issues to develop effective corrective actions.
- Design and implement process controls, monitoring systems, and performance metrics to track progress and ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide technical expertise and leadership in the design, development, and implementation of new processes and technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior process engineers, providing training, support, and career development opportunities.
- Manage capital projects, including process automation and equipment upgrades, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements across all processes.
- Continuously review industry trends and innovations to integrate best practices and new technologies into operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in process engineering, with a proven track record of leading successful process optimization initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Advanced technical skills in process design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with process control systems, automation, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach to process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, process simulation tools, and CAD software.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
