How You'll Contribute
A Therapist who excels in this role:

- Assessing patients' psychosocial needs to understand their emotional, psychological, and social situations.
- Developing treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Providing counseling and support to patients and families facing mental health challenges.
- Connecting patients with community resources and services, such as support groups and housing assistance.
- Advocating for patients' rights and ensuring they receive equitable care within the healthcare system.

Applicants should possess a Master's degree from an accredited school. Additional requirements include:
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
- One year of experience preferred
- ASLS certification preferred
